As per your Client Agreement,
Section 7b. Subscription Policy: I may cancel the subscription at any time either through Paypal if I have a Paypal account or by notifying Pat Studstill in writing at Pat@freetolive.me. Should I cancel part way through a month after payment has been made, no refund will be provided however I may complete any remaining weekly sessions left in the month or share them with a family or friend.
There are two ways to cancel your monthly subscription
1.) If you have a Paypal account follow these steps:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Profile (the gear icon) on the top right corner of the page.
- Click Pre-approved payments under “Payment settings”.
- Select the merchant (Free to Live) whose agreement you want to cancel, and click Cancel.
- Follow the instructions to cancel the agreement.
2.) Contact me at pat@freetolive.me and request the cancellation.
